How do you want to “die”?

The author pointed out the limitations of modern medicine most sharply through this book.
”Modern medicine has been immersed and focused on prolonging life and aggressively treating diseases.
However, it is missing the process of prolonged old age and disease leading to death.”
For example, in the case of Korea, it is said that the place where people die the most is a medical institution such as a ‘hospital’.
In 2020, 75.6% die in medical institutions including nursing hospitals.
After all, it is certain that the average life expectancy has increased and modern medicine has developed.
As life expectancy increased, it appeared that people were living a healthy, disease-free life.
However, in reality, we are not living our lives healthily, but treating diseases and prolonging life
by relying on medical technology that prolongs life with medicine.
What should humans do to die while maintaining health and living a life free from drugs and medicine?
First of all, you shouldn’t be dependent on drugs.

Second, exercise every day.
I used the word exercise, but it means moving your body every day.
Substitute stairs for elevators and walking rather than driving.
