Dr. Kim Young-Kwi has been an accomplished researcher for more than thirty years. He has written “The Secret of Life-Giving Water,” a book endorsed by the mayor of Seoul, Korea. He has also written over 60 peer-reviewed articles, has appeared on CBS and MBC television programs, and is a sought-after keynote speaker for colleges and universities. During his career, Dr. Kim Young Kwi has won the Jang Yeong-Shil Science and Culture Award, the National Science and Technology Award, and the Ministry of Science and Technology award for his research on water and its effects on the human body, especially on diseases.
Forty Five years ago Dr. Kim started KYK Corporation with the dream of creating a device that can produce perfect water for human consumption. The KYK alkaline ionizer system and hydrogen water generator are built on a foundation of research, awards, and recognition; and it is now available to you through KYK India which has showrooms and operations across India.

A significant force behind our vision to expand the KYK brand throughout the Indian subcontinent is our esteemed director, Mr. Akshit Agarwal. His leadership has propelled us to the forefront of the industry, making KYK one of India’s top-selling water brands. Mr. Agarwal’s journey began at Modern School, Barakhamba Road, followed by a Bachelor’s degree in Economics (Honours) from Hansraj College, New Delhi. He went on to earn a Master of Business Administration from IBS, where he excelled as a gold medalist in both Marketing and Finance. His thirst for knowledge took him further to South Korea, where he obtained a doctorate equivalent in Water Science and Research.
In 2013, Mr. Agarwal laid the foundation for KYK India. By 2016, we ventured boldly into the luxury water ionizer market, expanding our reach and forging a robust network of dealers, distributors, and dedicated offices across the country.
